To access the full range of xc60 services, you are required to register a valid account. You must be at least 18 years of age and a Malaysian citizen or resident who is legally eligible to do so. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. xc60 reserves the right to decline registrations or close accounts found to contain false information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you. Please notify the xc60 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Xc60 reserves the right to take action, including suspending or closing accounts and withholding account balances without prior notice, should any of these terms be violated.
All transactions on the xc60 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, e-wallets such as Boost and TNG eWallet, and FPX. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies.
Xc60 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted without sufficient verification documents may be delayed or rejected. Any attempt at fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Approved and processed transactions cannot be reversed. xc60 is not liable for any losses arising from errors made by users when entering transaction details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xc60 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss or technical failures. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
All content on the xc60 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of xc60. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or modify any content without prior written consent from xc60.
The xc60 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. xc60 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any damages or losses related to them.
Xc60 reserves the right to amend, add or remove any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
